We as an industry have to be better at servicing the technology of the future that is assisting us in maintaining safe driving conditions. Body shops, mechanical shops, glass shops, and even tire/alignment shops need to be aware of calibrations and be educated enough in order to avoid potential lability issues. From a vehicle owner’s standpoint, it is never a wrong thing to learn more about how your vehicle operates.
